Welcome...
I'm Jennifer. I'm a Certified Life Coach and Business Coach for women, just like you and me, going through midlife.
I believe we can make "being in the middle" some of the best days of our lives.
When my mom passed away when I was 47, it made me look inward and brought me to ask, "what do I really want for myself and my life going into this next chapter?"
I found that I'm just getting started and have embraced this new chapter like none other before! I learned that something beautiful happens for us if we grow into midlife and rediscover the woman within us.
Walk with the dreamers, the believers, the courageous, the cheerful, the planners, the doers, the successful people with their heads in the clouds and their feet on the ground. Let their spirit ignite a fire within you to leave this world better than when you found it.

Morning prayer and gratitude journaling, meditating, yoga, walks, cuddling with my dog, and my glow-inducing skincare routine!
Gardening, beach-ing, Zoom calling my amazing clients, The Container Store-ing, organizing, reading, and doing Pilates!
Living life on autopilot, listening to “what society thinks", accepting less than your worth, or self-limiting beliefs.
Straight talk, self-love, deep conversations, forgiveness, healing, giving yourself grace, encouraging and empowering others, being genuine, living your purpose, and self-improvement at any age.
I had hit a wall where I couldn't bounce back this time. I was tired, felt defeated, and had a whole other bucket of emotions that didn't make me feel good about myself.
I had put myself on the back burner for far too long, pressing the snooze button on pursuing my purpose because I was focused on living up to other people's expectations I placed upon myself.
How I looked from the outside was not what I was feeling on the inside. I know many of you can relate because being the women we are, we tend to zip up our emotions and make everything seem hunky-dory when it's not.
We are afraid to share because we think others will judge. So we live our lives hiding behind a mask.
The most liberating thing for me was owning my story and speaking my truth because that story helped shape me into the woman I am today and how I want to show up and serve.
Since my startup days, I've been a business consultant and coach serving women worldwide. It brings me great joy to make a positive difference in people's lives and help them grow into the most radiant version of themselves.
To show up as the woman I am today took a lot of inner work, letting go of what no longer serves me, forgiveness, healing, working on my mindset, and doing something that brings significant meaning to my life.
As a result, I feel more radiant, happy, alive, fulfilled, confident, and secure with who I am now than I've ever been before.
I want that for you too!
My career path was not a linear one. Instead, it was one of many lives from one chapter to the next.
From working for a renowned advertising agency after college to spending a decade as a talent acquisition consultant to Fortune 500s to becoming a multi six-figure small business owner and then launching two tech startups back to back and falling flat on my face (splat!), to waking up and saying to myself, "where did my life go?"
I didn't call it a midlife crisis...
