Welcome...

I'm Jennifer. I'm a Certified Life Coach, Business Coach, and Consultant for female entrepreneurs, just like you and me.

I believe we can both be successful as a founder AND find fulfillment in other areas of our lives.

Today, I'm showing up for you as who I needed in my life while building my first small business and launching two startups in San Francisco and Los Angeles, giving you the mentorship, guidance, and support I wish I had along the way.

Favorite quote

Walk with the dreamers, the believers, the courageous, the cheerful, the planners, the doers, the successful people with their heads in the clouds and their feet on the ground. Let their spirit ignite a fire within you to leave this world better than when you found it.

YOU CAN FIND ME:

Living life on autopilot, listening to “what society thinks", accepting less than your worth, or self-limiting beliefs.

I'm NOT ABOUT:

Straight talk, self-love, deep conversations, forgiveness, healing, giving yourself grace, encouraging and empowering others, being genuine, living your purpose, and self-improvement at any age.

I BELIEVE IN:

That's what I want for you.

My career path was not a linear one. Instead, it was one of many lives flipping from one chapter to the next.

After college, I started working for a renowned advertising agency, then spent a decade as a talent acquisition consultant for Fortune 500s and tech companies. During that time, a lightbulb went off, leading me to build my first small business from a need I had experienced while living the busy road warrior lifestyle.

I didn't stop there. Living in the hustle of Silicon Valley at the time, I built two tech startups. Side note: Never let not having experience in something get in the way of what you are trying to accomplish! I'm not a software engineer, but I partnered with one.

Although I had two successful beta runs, I got a lot of no's from Venture Capitalists for funding. Some people in the peanut gallery might have called me a failure, but I called it a gift because I wasn't afraid to "fail."

What I learned was immeasurable.

Each of those chapters brings together over 25 years of experience. And by leveraging all the lessons I've learned and the wisdom, skills and knowledge I've gained, I have been able to help my current clients experience victories in their professional and personal lives.

Since my startup days, I have been consulting for small businesses, startups, and e-commerce companies and coaching female entrepreneurs worldwide. That's what brings me great joy. And I’m excited to let you in on the secret that I'm creating a new startup focusing on mental wellness for entrepreneurs – stay tuned!

The more you lean into and embrace all that comes with being a business owner, the more you blossom in ways you never thought.

We both know that being a founder can definitely have its challenges! It's not only about the work we put in – it's also the emotional rollercoaster and failures that come with entrepreneurship. Much of which we don't talk about and keep behind the scenes.

I've learned there is no failure and only success in everything you do when you approach challenges from a growth mindset. Yes, there will be things that don't work out the way you have hoped. That's ok! We've all been there!

But you know what?
