ENFJ, passionate about personal development, teaching, and bringing out the best in people and their work.
Hello! I'm Jennifer, a business coach, mentor, consultant, and motivational speaker.
About
My experience has given me the ability to serve small business owners, online retailers, multi-million dollar brands, solopreneurs, and startups.
I help entrepreneurs like you combine established business principles with today’s technology so you can innovate while realizing your vision.
Whether you’re looking for new ways to generate revenue, automate to grow and scale, build a profitable website, develop sales and marketing strategies, or overhaul your brand, I provide the guidance, accountability, and motivation you need.
The Experience and Expertise to Serve Others
After careful study of what was missing from existing peer-to-peer marketplaces, I created my own new platform for consumers and service providers.
SourceList was a subscription-based solution designed to create, market, and manage an independent or small business using proprietary technology.
I had a successful beta run. But ultimately...
It taught me a lesson about failure and the mental and emotional toughness needed to build a tech startup. (Not to mention the cost of financing one.)
But I also learned that we should never underestimate ourselves.
There are no limits to what we can accomplish when we lean into the unknown with an open heart, a can-do attitude, and a growth mindset.
Things don't always work out the way we hope, but the experience expanded my professional and personal potential.
Me and some of my team, circa 2011.
Playing superwoman after a long office move-in day.
Riding my bike to my SF office, in my Gucci flats no less.
And that's what I did next...
After realizing what I was missing in life (along with so many others like me), I decided to find a way to give other corporate professionals their precious time.
This small idea soon became big business for me with Domestic Concierge in San Francisco. Domestic Concierge was the result of my vision of serving others in a more personal way—by helping them reclaim their time and enriching their daily lives.
And that’s exactly what it did.
But as my client list grew, so did the headaches of running a business.
I did all I could to create a better experience for my clients and vendors, but I had to be involved in every transaction. And although that level of hands-on activity worked...
It wasn't sustainable.
There were simply too many pain points that came with running an ever-expanding team of contractors and a fast-growing client list.
I knew there had to be a better way to streamline all the nuances of operations, marketing, and business development.
Deciding, Defining, and Executing My Next Move
My business journey began as a lead consultant in talent acquisition, building world-class staffing organizations for Fortune 500s, SMBs, and startup companies.
I quickly earned a reputation as a collaborative and innovative leader with creative problem-solving skills.
The path led me through global business hubs like Houston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, Seattle, Chicago, and Orlando.
But work/life balance was non-existent, and I knew I wasn’t the only professional out there sacrificing their personal lives for the demands of the careers we love.
