Hi there, I’m Jennifer Taormina, an online Business Coach and Consultant championing women-owned small businesses.

I’ve accomplished a lot in my career, but it didn’t come without grit, plot twists, and much growth.

I’m a big-hearted Texan native with over 20 years of combined experience as a:

• Two-time Silicon Valley start-up founder
• Multiple six-figure small business owner
• Business consultant to service-based and e-commerce companies
• Talent acquisition consultant to Fortune 500 companies

Like most women on a mission, my path wasn’t a linear one.

When I was in 3rd grade, I knew that I would own a business one day. But it wasn’t until I was 35 that I took the leap from my successful corporate career and saddled up to ride into the sunset of the Wild West of entrepreneurship.

I’ve ridden across the valleys and mountains of being a small business owner and entrepreneur over the last 13 years, emotions and all!

Having been in the trenches and rolling up my sleeves, I’ve experienced all the highs and the lows–from building a multiple six-figure service-based small business to launching two startups in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

I know what it takes to build a business from the ground up and pivot when you have to adapt to changes in your industry, audience, or goals.

Now, I use those skills to help women entrepreneurs like you build a profitable business that allows you to live life from a place of CHOICE.

A Lesson on Why You SHOULDN’T Follow the Herd

In 2016, I saw a Facebook ad from a business coach promising to help me make six figures in three months. But I couldn’t help wondering, “How in the heck could this be?!”

That one ad took me down the rabbit hole of the online marketing kool-aid. My social media feed started to light up like a Las Vegas billboard with even more “how to make six-figure” ads.

I decided to do some research–subscribing to countless mailing lists and sitting in on too many webinars looking to see what these digital marketers and coaches were selling and how they were doing it.

Let me ring the cowbell, folks!

What I Learned

People are being herded like cattle into expensive coaching programs by unqualified coaches.

Even worse, they are being fleeced like sheep when they could have just googled the same information for free instead of buying another digital course.

I bought a few digital courses and quickly realized that:

Recycled and repackaged marketing programs are good for the people selling them…but it does nothing to help you.

What you need are proven tactics from someone who has actually BUILT businesses from the ground up. And that’s exactly what I give you.
